"Bandenburger Tor" in German. You have to understand the importance of this monument! But, to me, the most curious thing is that Napolen took the Quadriga (the statue on top of the gate) to Paris in 1806. When Berlin got the Quadriga back, added a cross and an eagle as a symbol of peace.
