About Da Nang

Located on the eastern coast of Vietnam, Danang is a major port-city of the country. Commercial center of Vietnam, Danang’s economy is also very much linked to tourism since the city constitutes a transportation hub to several close by UNESCO World Heritage Sites (Mỹ Sơn ruins, the Old Town of Hội An or the Imperial City of Huế).

Linh Ung Pagoda, Marble Mountain, Cham museum, Da Nang backpackers' Hostel (0947472168). Local food, nice beach and very kind people... You can not miss them. I got Da Nang in a late evening. A man from Danang Backpacker Hostel picked me up from a bus station. I had to pay for him only 3$. I stayed a nice bed in a clean and warm dorm with only 6$ per night. It is a very new hostel so their staff are trying to serve you in the best way: polite, safe and clean. My room was quite well-equipped. I met many others backpackers there. We shared about travel plans and tips for travel to others place. It was really helpful for me. In the morning, I had a cup of best coffee and Vietnamese breakfast in hostel. It costed me only 3$ but they were very nice. Then I took a bicycle of this hostel to get interesting sites in downtown. Next, I was back and had lunch in hostel with 3,5 $ but really impressive. In the afternoon, I hired a motorbike (5$) to get beach and mountain.
