Sucre is considered by its inhabitants as the heart of Bolivia. Most of the governmental institutions went to La Paz, the new capital, but the Supreme Court stayed in Sucre. Walking in the streets of the city you'll quickly feel the colonial influence. Nice city to stay and apparently a lot to do around. We had bad luck as the blocus kept us from going out of the city even with a cab.
