Los Angeles is the gigantic City you see in movies. As soon as you arrive, you feel like you've been there before. The first things you see confrim the clichés you heard about before your trip and the City gives you a mixed feeling when you're a european tourist. This is where movie stars are made and you can feel it : everything seems to revolve around physical appearance and money, which can be disturbing at times. Venice Beach is the real version of Baywatch, Hollywood Boulevard does not live up to its promises, and the pollution often plunge the City in a thick fog when you're trying to take pictures from above.
On the other hand, it is very interesting to discover the American culture in its stereotype way so you shouldn't skip LA. Everything is huge : buildings, cars, burgers, streets, clubs, everything ! You will have time to get peace in San Francisco, here you should get lost in the Crazyness of the City by not fighting what you see ! Somehow, you'll enjoy it!
