About Townsville

It's Queenslands second largest city. Many people use Townsville just as a gateway to Magnetic Island, but I recommend to take a couple of days to explore. There are nice bars and cafes located all along the beach. The nighlife is really quite, but when it comes to weeklys "Cheap Tuesday" the city becomes alive.

You get a very good 360° few over Townsville and it's sorroundings. Many People walk up there but I recommend taking a car. Try to be up there for sunset.

Largest living Coral Reef Aquarium. A Tour Guide isn't really necessary, you can see everything in 10 - 15. Try to go there 20 minutes bevore they close, they might let you in for free.
