About Qom

Qom should be a short stop as there isn't much to see. Most of tourists we didn't visit this city. However Qom is considered as the second holiest city in Iran after Mashhad. However it's still interesting to see the bastion of the hardline clerics

User's opinion
Non Muslims are not supposed to be allowed to enter and see the shrine but we did it (without knowing that it was forbidden) and if you can it is worth living it among thousands of worshipers. You can still go into the grounds.
