About Kuta

We stoped in Kuta on our way back. We needed to wait for our plane to Jakarta on the morrow. You can do many things in Kuta, it is really crowded but it is an appreciable change (don't kill me I am still a backpacker don't worry ;) ) after 25 days of hardships. Here you'll find Mc donalds, many supermarkets, bars, restaurants, nice hostels. Well it is a real change but it is not really the most exciting thing you can do in indonesia.

How I got here ?

Price: 20 €

Traveling time: 36 hours

It was supposed to take 24 hours, but 2 buses had to stop because of mechanical issues.

Tips & Tricks

  • Some bars have "open bar" until 10pm, free entrance. You know what I mean...

Even if you are not a pro (or like me, ridiculously bad at it) you'll enjoy riding the waves with your buddies. Honestly, after 25 days in indonesia, you kind of deserve this leasury afternoon. Don't feel guilty about being a tourist for once.
