Vilnius is the Capital city of Lithuania. With half a million inhabitants (15% of the Lithuanian population), it is the Economical and Political heart of Lithuania, but also cultural. No wonders it has been elected the European Capital of Culture! The attractions are numerous (Churches, Museums, etc.) Architecture is definitely one of its strongest assets. In a word: a Lovely city.
